The host, Giulia, made our experience lovely. She provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and gelato, and even lent us a stroller which was a lifesaver during our sightseeing tours. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the location was perfect. We fell in love with Rome, thanks to Giulia's really good hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the private facilities were exceptional with a spacious and comfortable room. the in-room breakfast was outstanding and tasted divine. the location was perfect, with everything easily accessible.
Other than that, this hotel exceeded all my expectations with its great service and exclusive room advantages.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and super clean rooms. The cleanliness was excellent, and the washroom was brand new and super clean as well. The location was perfect, situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, just outside of the ZTL area. It was also conveniently close to Barberini metro station and a short walk to Termini railway station. The staff, especially the host Julia, were friendly and helpful. Julia's recommendations for restaurants and gelato were spot on, making my experience in this city amazing.

Good location, 10 mins from Termini & Via Veneto. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Excellent heating & clean bathroom. Helpful & informative host. Generous breakfast options in room & common area. Fridge stocked with drinks. Recommendations for gelato & restaurant close by. Perfection in room cleaning & restocking. Baggage storage options provided. Value beyond price.

The rooms are equipped with necessary facilities and everything works as expected, ensuring a comfortable experience. the breakfast includes a nice selection of yogurt, perfect for a quick and delicious start to the day.
One downside is the limited check-out times, making it a bit inconvenient for guests with tight schedules.
